This picture was taken from the St. Paul&#8217;s street bridge directly above the paralyzed truck.<\/p>\n<p>The 406 highway is the major artery of the Niagara region after the QEW.  Despite what the regional representatives say, this highway is rarely congested and this ~5 hour closure of the northbound lane is not common.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.peninsulatowing.com\/\">Peninsula Towing &#038; Recovery<\/a> was on the scene to right and remove the truck.  Rumour has it that each truck is $400 an hour per truck.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/photos\/mattclare\/sets\/72057594089738527\/\"><img align=\"right\" title=\"Truck\" id=\"image244\" alt=\"Truck\" src=\"http:\/\/mattclare.ca\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2006\/03\/117380358_4659d5853c_m.jpg\" \/><\/a>It would appear that the driver is OK and no other vehicles were involved.
